BUILDING

Large or small building projects, as a team, HF Building have built houses, new and old properties. Decorating, plastering, tiling and window installations – from a total strip out to a single wall or window we have the depth of knowledge and skills required to take on all projects.

LANDSCAPING

Hassle Free Living Landscaping works to the highest standard from start to finish, whether a full garden design is constructed, or smaller individual elements are built, such as patios, fencing, terraces, ponds and pergolas, paths, raised beds, dry stone walling and turfing.

MAINTENANCE

Hassle Free Living Maintenance provides Building and Garden maintenance services – pruning, planting, regular mowing, garden tidy-ups, hedge cutting and tree surgery. HFL Maintenance operates in and around the Cotswolds area and Gloucestershire. There is no job too big or too small.

Based in the heart of the Cotswolds, we offer a service to both landlords and private householders. The business is split into three sections – Building, Landscaping and Maintenance services.  

 

HF limited boasts a strong team of skilled and experienced people along with a wide range of equipment so we are able to offer a flexible and reliable service for both small and large ongoing projects.

ABOUT

JOSH TETLEY - DIRECTOR

Josh is the Founder and Director of Hassle Free Living (the trading name of Hassle Free Limited).  He set up the company over 15 years ago and has worked with his loyal and long serving team to create a well-established and reliable business consistently delivering excellent service to clients throughout the Cotswolds.

​

The aim is to provide the highest standard of workmanship in three particular areas: Building, Landscaping and Maintenance.

​

Due to the experienced team and equipment, Hassle Free Living offers a flexible and reliable service for both small and large ongoing projects and to both landlords and private households. All the work undertaken is fully insured and Josh will happily provide references or a portfolio of previous works on request.

​

HF Limited operates in and around the Cotswold area, with our offices based near Cirencester, Gloucestershire.

​

"We had a very dilapidated house which we wanted to renovate and enlarge.  From the initial meeting we knew that Josh was someone whom we could work with and rely on.  His quotation was clearly set out and agreed with the architect with a 9 month completion period.  They worked long hours in freezing conditions to get the roof on and the house waterproof before Christmas.  We had originally agreed to have an outside company fit the kitchen but when we were let down by them Josh stepped in and supplied and fitted a kitchen to at least an equal quality and probably better.

​

We found all his workers conscientious and extremely hard working and the building was to a high standard. The tiling in the bathrooms (five of them) was very good and precise.  All of the finishes are excellent. They also landscaped and fenced the large garden so that we could just move in.

​

Josh kept us up to date with emails and sent a weekly progress report with photos. He always responded immediately to any queries by emails and texts.  In short we are extremely grateful to Josh and his men for building us such a nice house and would strongly recommend them."
